String Quilting is a fun technique where strings (aka strips) of fabric of any size are sewn to a foundation paper. The blocks are then put together in various ways, creating truly unique projects. Precision cutting and sewing are not crucial, and string quilts are great stash busters. It is a technique that both new and experienced quilters can enjoy! In this workshop, you will learn the basic techniques of string quilting and create a block. We will also discuss how to use various design elements to create larger projects.

Skill Level: Beginner
