Participants will gather at TQT and board a motor coach headed to the Fiber + Fabric Craft Festival at the Rosemont. Registration fee includes a one-day admission pass to the Festival.

The bus will leave TQT at 9:00am sharp, so please arrive at TQT no later than 8:45am. We kindly ask that you get dropped off or park on 104th Street or other surrounding streets so that our parking lot is available for all the unlucky folks who are not going on this fabulous outing. We will depart from the Show at 4:00pm and arrive back at TQT around 5:00pm. Please keep these times in mind if you plan on registering for classes at the Festival.

If you are planning on registering for classes at the Festival, please contact us before you do so and we will provide you a link to use that will remove the general admission fee from your class registration (your registration fee for the TQT bus includes admission). We are unable to provide refunds if you do not use our link.

All participants must complete the attached Medical & Release Form and hand it to your Bus Mom in a sealed envelope on the day of the trip. We will only access this information in the event something happens to you and you are unable to communicate with us or emergency personnel. We will return your forms at the conclusion of the trip.
